Diagnostic Criteria of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH)

The diagnosis of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) is based on histological and immunophenotypic examination of lesional tissue. The main feature is the morphologic identification of the characteristic LCH cells.
