{"id":2481,"date":"2009-03-11T14:58:14","date_gmt":"2009-03-11T14:58:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicalcriteria.com\/web\/neuronf\/"},"modified":"2025-05-14T19:09:50","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T19:09:50","slug":"neuronf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicalcriteria.com\/web\/es\/neuronf\/","title":{"rendered":"Criterios Diagn\u00f3stico de la NIH para Neurofibromatosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"7ca9444b8380138fe077da07353677a4\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- MC 2019- Horizontal -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0127150553352455\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"3806776041\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La neurofibromatosis 1 y 2 neurofibromatosis son trastornos autos\u00f3micos dominantes en las que el individuo afectado desarrolla tumores tanto benignos como malignos con mayor frecuencia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico de Neurofibromatosis tipo I (NF1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Seis o m\u00e1s manchas caf\u00e9 con leche mayores de 5 mm en pacientes prepuberales y mayores de 15 mm en pacientes postpuberales.<\/li>\n<li>Dos o m\u00e1s neurofibromas de cualquier tipo o un neurofibroma plexiforme.<\/li>\n<li>Signo de Crowe (ef\u00e9lides axilares o inguinales).<\/li>\n<li>Glioma de nervio \u00f3ptico.<\/li>\n<li>Dos o m\u00e1s n\u00f3dulos de Lisch (harmartomas de iris)<\/li>\n<li>Lesiones \u00f3seas t\u00edpicas (displasia del esfenoides, displasia o adelgazamiento cortical de huesos largos con o sin pseudoartrosis).<\/li>\n<li>Antecedentes de neurofibromatosis tipo I en padres o hermanos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si 2 o m\u00e1s de estos criterios son encontrados en un individuo se realiza el diagn\u00f3stico de NF1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico de Neurofibromatosis Tipo 2 (NF2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Masas bilaterales en el octavo par craneal demostradas con t\u00e9cnicas por im\u00e1genes apropiadas (por ej., TC o RNM)<\/li>\n<li>Un familiar de primer grado con NF2 y uno de los siguientes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa unilateral en el octavo par craneal, o<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dos de los siguientes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neurofibroma<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meningioma<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glioma<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schwannoma<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opacidad lenticular subcapsular posterior juvenil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si los criterios 1 y 2 son encontrados en un individuo se realiza el diagn\u00f3stico de NF2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bibliograf\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Stumpf DA, Alksne JF, Annegers JF, Neurofibromatosis.
