Los quistes dentro de los ri\u00f1ones son el sello cl\u00ednico de la enfermedad. Las manifestaciones renales incluyen diversos grados de lesi\u00f3n renal, infecciones del tracto urinario, c\u00e1lculos renales y hematuria.
