Gallbladder Dysfunction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Episodes of severe steady pain located in the epigastrium and right upper quadrant, and all of the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Symptom episodes last 30 minutes or more, with pain-free intervals;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Symptoms have occurred on one or more occasions in the previous 12 months;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">The pain is steady and interrupts daily activities or requires consultation with a physician;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">There is no evidence of structural abnormalities to explain the symptoms; and<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">There is abnormal gallbladder functioning with regard to emptying.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>E2.
