Pain has at least 1 of the following characteristics:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">intense, sharp, superficial or stabbing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">precipitated from trigger areas or by trigger factors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">C. Attacks are stereotyped in the individual patient<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">D. There is no clinically evident neurological deficit<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">E.
